  • It's been a week since we got back from our honeymoon and we keep saying that we need to email you together, but it's just not happening so I decided to tell you the details myself.  First of all, thank you so much!!! We had an amazing week!!! Everyone treated us like royalty: housekeeping left little notes and snacks; the servers at the restaurants were great; the massages were wonderful, and we got invited to a special honeymooners dinner. They even arranged for the weather to be 85-90 degrees and sunny all week long!!!  We visited the Mayan ruins at Tulum, and snorkeled with a manatee at Xpu-Ha on Wednesday. We also headed over to Cozumel on Friday, rented a scooter, and toured the island. We stopped at some little shops along the way and haggled with the merchants too. :) That was probably our favorite day. It was so incredibly beautiful there!  Other than that we spent a lot of time lounging on the beach and getting waited on hand and foot. We enjoyed the Spa services and we went to almost every restaurant that Aventura offers. In fact, I'm sure we both packed on a few pounds that week, but the food was so good we couldn't help ourselves. We're married now anyway, so we can let ourselves go!  The general overview is that it was the best week of our lives, hands-down, and we couldn't have asked for a nicer place at which to spend our first week together as a married couple. • This was my first time on an all inclusive vacation and I was a little skeptical. The quality of the food and beverages was fantastic plus the availability was constant, allowing us to focus on all the recreational areas on the island instead of wondering where we would eat out that day. With plenty of time to go fishing, diving, and just relaxing on the beach this was a vacation in paradise.  Jeff, Las Vegas, NV
  • After staying at Palace Resorts in Mexico, I’ve lost interest in seeing the rest of the world! We’ve honeymooned at Aventura Spa, have had family vacations at Moon Palace and Grand Moon, and day-tripped to the locations at Xpu-Ha, Cozumel, Cancun, and Playacar. I couldn’t ask for more from our annual visits, and leave each time with the same question, ‘When can we go back?.  Ed and Lisa, Woodstock GA
  • Our time at the Aventura Spa Palace was exactly what a vacation should be - a blend of carefree relaxation, pampering, adventure and recreation, and fine and plentiful dining! The setting on the ocean is beautiful, and the resort's grounds are impeccable. All of the staff are genuinely friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. The toughest part of the vacations was to make the choice on any given day of what to do - sit by the wonderful pool, take a trip to Chichen Itza, get a spa treatment, go golfing on a top level course, or any number of other activities. Luckily, there were no bad choices! The number of restaurants and range of cuisines means you'll never have to have the same meal twice, though you most likely will want to because the food is so good. Finally, the Presidential Suite itself is unbelievable - the best ocean views in the resort, huge space beautifully furnished, and all arranged for maximum privacy from the other rooms. If you are considering a trip to the Cancun area this is the place where you really can have it all, and at a First Class level.  Keith & Kaye, Vermilion, OH
  • We recently stayed at the Aventura Spa Palace for a week. We arranged the trip through Cancun Resort Packages.com. Although this was our first 'all inclusive' experience, it will not be our last. We were delighted with the support of Anne and Scott to insure we made good choices from the Palace offerings throughout our trip. They were knowledgeable about the resorts and were helpful in learning our preferences to insure the trip met our standards. On site, the status of Cancun Resort Packages insured that we were treated very well by the hotel staff. The people were friendly and helpful throughout the week. The Aventura Spa staff is appreciative and service oriented. We travel frequently. We have stayed at 2-3 well respected resorts each year for the last 20+ years. Aventura Spa compares favorably with these properties for room quality, food and staff service. We were particularly pleased with the Playacar Golf course. Many resort courses sacrifice challenge for ease. This was not the case as we were challenged and yet enjoyed the round. Thank you for making this first 'all inclusive' experience so good. We look forward to the next one!  Ann & Jim, Duluth,GA
  •  We spent an incredible week at one of the beautiful Palace Resorts, Aventura Spa.  It is an adult only resort, which being close to retirement age, we thoroughly enjoyed.  As business owners of a golf practice facility, we brought our golf clubs, expecting the courses would be very nice.  We were pleasantly surprised to find the courses an amazing experience, offering totally unique courses than what we have played anywhere in the U.S.  The resort in general is absolutely top-notch, and an all-inclusive package which omits nothing.  The rooms were lavishly comfortable, the service impeccable, and the many restaurants offer a multitude of cuisines and match the best restaurants in the U.S.  The spa offers many different forms of relaxation and are superb.  All in all, it is a great value for the cost of the package.  Whether you go to relax and do nothing or plan to take advantage of the many amenities and tours, it is definitely a place to spend a glorious week!   Gail and Bruce, Tampa Bay, FL
  • My wife and I were so excited to be taking a trip to relax and indulge ourselves and we were NOT disappointed. From the moment we arrived at Aventura Spa Palace, we were treated like VIPs. We not only enjoyed the luxury accommodations, but the “all-inclusive” food and drink were outstanding! After experiencing their top of the line spa services, we immediately signed up for additional treatments. We also took advantage of their tour packages (included) by snorkeling in crystal clear water with a multitude of tropical fish. We were even able to enjoy snorkeling at our hotel – every day. We are telling everyone we know about this site and will be back every chance we can! Kevin & Virginia, Fairfax, VA

  • In August 2007 our family, as well as our cousins' family - eleven altogether, flew in from across the United States and met for a fun-filled, relaxing week at Moon Palace, located on the south shore away from the touristy area of Cancun. We had never been to an all-inclusive resort and found it to be the perfect get-a-way for spending time with family, soaking up the sun, swimming and lounging by the enormous pool with its Jacuzzis, swim-up bars, and children's area, dining at the numerous diverse restaurants, walking around the beautiful tropical surroundings, experiencing the pampering spa massages, manicures, and pedicures, playing rounds of golf amid the native vegetation and wetlands, and all this at our fingertips! The staff and employees were very attentive to our needs and the ocean-view room accommodations were very spacious and luxurious. We rode the free shuttle and visited the other resorts, like Cancun Palace where we enjoyed the lovely turquoise-blue-green Caribbean waters and white sandy beaches. We also took side trips to Tulum, Xpu-Ha, and Isla Mujeres to swim with the dolphins. All in all, we had a wonderful family vacation at Moon Palace and concur in saying, "Gracias Hasta Luego"!!  Ken and Denise, Snellville, GA

  • I wanted to drop a note and let you know what a great time we had at your property at the Moon Palace Resort in Cancun. As you know my brother John and I wanted to spend some quality time together as we live so far apart. What a wonderful time we had exploring the Mayan temples, relaxing massages, wonderful food, beautiful surroundings and amazing service at The Moon Palace Resort We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation we speak of it often and are planning to go there again. We will definitely give you a call to make arrangements to do this in the near future.  Marge, Arnold, MD
  • The value of a “Palace” vacation cannot be overstated.  There is a resort location choice suitable for everyone.  With “all inclusive” resorts, upon arriving, guests can lock their wallets and other valuables away – never needing to carry them around for their entire stay.  Five-star meals and exotic beverages can be enjoyed 24 hours a day.  My wife and I enjoyed meeting new friends, working out in the fitness facilities, relaxing/reading in solitude, playing golf, swimming, taking long walks, the “included” side trips, and picture-perfect postcard weather.
